New Work (in progress)

The working title for this is "Eye of the Storm". It works but isn't right.

11 x 14 Bristol, micron pens and ink wash.
This is actually a digital version of the actual work. Some people do sketches and/or underpainting, I do most of my "sketching" via Photoshop and/or Illustrator.

Old(er) cont 2

Navigation for the new and coming soon mode-N website.

Speaking of which....

And the CSS base that you'll never see...

Old(er) works cont.

Warrior Guild (for an old website)

Sun God

Skull and Bones (w cigarette)

"Skull Star"

"Horned God"

"Biker Chick"
I was feeling a bit "punny" on this one. Yes I said punny, not puny, which means weak, small, etc.

All done in Poser 5

New sketches

I know that when shown a sketch, the viewer(s) generally expect to see sketching lines, underlying image structure, etc. etc.
In this first one, "yell", I'm doing in Photoshop, so you won't see those things.
This piece is about release and giving name/image/specifics about things that seem to drive me into a screaming fit.
New posts with updates will be made as the work progresses.

New Start

As the title says, I'm starting this blog anew. Instead of jibber jabber and the occasional odd news piece, the new blog will mostly be on art related subjects.
I shall be posting works of my own, thoughts on works, the rare tutorial and works and thoughts from others that inspire me for whatever reason.
For a little while I'll be linking my art from my Deviant Art page (link), then uploading and linking from my business web page once it's running. In other words, "This blog will be image heavy." Those on dial up be warned!

And so it begins:
The image here was done in Poser 5. It is an attempt to learn from the "Masters".
In this case Rodin.
Yes I know the pose is different. I want to learn from, not copy.

Oh, and unless otherwise stated, ALL WORKS ARE MY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY.
